We design the openings around how your store operates, from a wide glass entrance that pulls customers in to a rear loading dock for restocking. Whatever the mix of display, service, and delivery, the framing is built to suit it.

A Facade That Matches Your Brand

Standard PBR paneling comes in a wide range of baked-on colors, and buildings can be dressed up with masonry, commercial glass, curtain wall, insulated metal panels, ACM, or fiber cement, so the exterior fits your brand and the neighborhood, whether that’s a trendy urban block or a historic district. A parapet can give the building a clean, flat-roof look and provide space for signage while maintaining the cost and efficiency of a sloped roof. Our in-house standing-seam roof, roll-formed from 24-gauge steel in the Ostro-3000 profile, adds durability.

One Building, Multiple Uses

Partition walls let you combine retail, office, and storage under one roof, or subdivide a shell into leasable bays. It’s the same flexible approach behind our commercial buildings, and it keeps a single structure doing the work of several.

Designed Around Your Equipment

Roofs and ceilings carry what your building runs, from ductwork and lighting to multi-ton roof-mounted HVAC, with walkway and rail systems for safe access. Moving equipment overhead keeps the sales floor clear.

Insulation and a Finished Interior

Insulation is tuned to your R-value, look, and budget. High-R liner systems (including a black liner that makes the ceiling visually “disappear”) let many customers skip drop ceilings and drywall entirely, and the framing is designed to take drywall and finishes wherever you want a polished retail interior.

Secure Access

Door and access systems are matched to the space, from roll-up doors at the back to reinforced or high-security glass entries up front, with access control and camera integration where needed.
