We start from a blank floor and design partition-wall systems that separate high-voltage equipment from control rooms and storage, with fire-rated walls, soundproofing, and the grounding provisions these facilities require. Robust framing carries cable trays, lighting, and HVAC overhead, keeping the space organized and serviceable.

Fire-Rated and Grounded for Safety

Safety drives the spec. Fire-rated wall systems, doors, and components help contain a fault and meet code, while door gasketing manages electrical grounding and seals out dust and moisture. We’ll consult on the broader grounding scheme — conductive flooring, grounding bars, and more — so the entire enclosure functions as a single system.
