Two Systems, One Manufacturer

Not every building needs the same frame, so we design with two distinct systems. Our welded-frame red iron system is the heavy, primed I-beam structure for the widest clear spans and the largest industrial, warehouse, and aviation buildings. Our cold-formed steel system uses lighter, high-strength gauge steel for smaller, cost-sensitive spans—such as shops, storage, and light commercial—while meeting the same codes, loads, and overall commercial quality as our welded-frame structures. PEMB stands for pre-engineered metal building — a steel building whose frame and components are engineered and manufactured to your specifications in a factory, then shipped to your site as a numbered kit for assembly.
How is a PEMB different from conventional construction?
With a PEMB, every column, rafter, purlin, and panel is engineered as one system and pre-cut, pre-punched, and labeled before it ships. That means faster erection, less field labor and waste, wide clear spans with no interior columns, and a lower total cost than stick-built construction.
How much does a pre-engineered metal building cost?
As a rough guide, a PEMB kit typically runs about $10-$25 per square foot and a fully erected building about $20-$45 per square foot, depending on size, height, panels, loads, openings, and your site.
